Terms and Conditions 

DEPOSITS 

  • Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances. 

  • We need 48hrs notice to move your appointment, if you give us less than 48hrs notice you will lose your deposit and will need to pay another deposit to book in again.

  • If the 48 hours notice is given appointments must be re-booked within 3 weeks from the date of your initial appointment.

  • Appointments can be rearranged a maximum of 2 times if the correct notice period is given. 

  • If you don't arrive to your appointment you will lose your deposit as it covers the tattoo artists costs and time. 

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late we have the right to turn you away as we have back to back appointments. if you attend your appointment more than 15 minutes late you will lose your deposit. 

  • Bookings can only be made a month in advance.

 CHANGING DESIGNS 

  • If you change your mind before your appointment you need to let the artists know as they design/ prepare for the tattoo the night before. 

  • If you show up on the day of your appointment wanting a whole different design than discussed please be aware that the quote may vary or the appointment may have to be moved to allow more time for the tattoo.

​OTHER

  • Please make the tattooists aware of any scarring; moles, stretch marks, skin deformities, skin tags etc in the area before your appointment. 

  • If you attend your appointment smelling of any drug paraphernalia or intoxicated we will refuse to tattoo you and you will lose your deposit.

  • If you attend your appointment without identification or valid identification we have the right to refuse to tattoo you. 

  • Do not attend your appointment with children under the age of 16, as it is not covered in our insurance. If you do attend the appointment with a child, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit. This also includes any children accompanying a friend of yours. Any questions regarding this please call the shop to ask before your appointment. 

  • Phones MUST be on silent/ vibrate. Loud, sudden noises can affect the tattoo artists concentration.

CHRISTMAS VOUCHER OFFER

  • This offer entitles customers to a free, special offer voucher worth £20 when spending a minimum of £50 on gift vouchers. ​

  • Special offer vouchers are limited to one use per session and cannot be used at the same time as another gift voucher.

  • Gift vouchers are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

BUY ONE GET ONE FREE OFFER

  • Applicable to select designs only (all available designs can be found on the Instagram account @fat.lines.matter)​

  • The free tattoo must be the same size/value of the paid tattoo. ​

  • Offer cannot be split across more than one person. 

  • All other regular terms and conditions still apply to offer tattoos.​

LOYALTY CARDS 

  • To get a stamp on the loyalty card, the tattoo minimum is £50. for example, if you get a tattoo worth £30 you will not receive a stamp. 

  • The card must be completed within a year of its start date to receive the tattoo worth £120. 

  • All stamps must be on one card, you cannot have multiple cards and add up the stamps. 

  • The free tattoo worth £120 will be completed by Alitia only.

  • We must see the stamp in person during your tattoo appointment to stamp it, under no circumstance can we stamp it via social media or messages.
